The 118,676-square-foot, four-story building features laboratories, laboratory support, research office space, academic and administrative offices, a Biosafety Level 3 Suite and centralized service space to accommodate the research needs of several different health sciences departments. The project was designed to meet LEED Platinum environmental standards, as specified by the U.S. Green building Council.

A two floor, 39,900 square foot build-out included lab, office and support space with high-end finishes.

A modernization and lab build-out of an existing 3 story, 45,000 square foot Life Sciences building. Seeking a LEED Gold rating.

Renovation of two, 2-story buildingss totaling 156,000 square feet for the Stanford School of Medicine. The renovation includes specialized radiochemistry facilities, 40,000 square feet of new biology laboratories, new fabrication facilities for the Genome Technology Centerand office space for over 600 people.

A 166,500 square foot, 4-story building houses nine laboratories for multiple departments, each with unique research and teaching programs. The building also houses traditional classrooms and private offices.

A 4-floor, 70,000 square foot laboratory building accommodates over two dozen laboratory groups.

A complicated laboratory and R&D build-out of Nuvelo’s new 62,000 square foot headquarters.

Tenant improvement included offices, labs, and conference rooms.

A 3-story 85,000 square foot research facility with lab suites for molecular and cell biology and organic synthesis chemistry.

A 3-story, 81,000 square foot build-out included offices, conference center and lab spaces.
