A state-of-of-the-art 112,000 square-foot, 844-seat concert hall and performance space has been designed for a wide range of music performances. It will feature a vineyard-style seating configuration, with terraced sections wrapping around the stage. The Concert Hall also includes Green rooms, dressing rooms, rehersal spaces, a lobby, spaces for master classes, receptions, and pre-show events, and offices for staff.

A 4-story, 115,000 square foot research facility with laboratories, laboratory support, offices and animal vivarium.

A new 6-story, 147,000 square foot student residence hall will house over 400 students and include recreational lounge areas, academic center and offices, computer center, and other support services. Seeking LEED Gold certification.

The Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) East Campus Operations Center is a 300,000 square foot facility that includes a five-story 200,000 square foot office building, as well as fuel/general storage, mantenance, shop and fleet parking buildings. The project is seeking LEED Platinum certification and Net-Zero status.

A 50,000 square foot facility with a 3-story classroom wing and a 2-story Arts wing includes classrooms, studio, office and labs.  The project is targeting a minimum LEED Silver certification.

A new 40,000 square foot, 3-story building includes a gym, weight room, athletic support spaces, student activities center, campus store and offices for the Dean, nurse, counseling and college guidance staff.

A new, 3-story, 32,000 square foot Clinical and Translation Research and Education Facility includes work space for researchers, meeting spaces to host interdisciplinary research teams, and space for the conduct of clinical research studies. The facility will seek LEED silver certification.

A modernization and lab build-out of an existing 3 story, 45,000 square foot Life Sciences building. Seeking a LEED Gold rating.
