Experience

The 3-story, 166,500 square foot lab and classroom facility goes above and beyond many LEED standards. The project's platinum standard for green building is based on Stanford's own criteria, not those from the U.S. Green Building Council. Stanford didn't apply for official LEED certification, relying instead on what it says is a more rigorous energy initiative and standards for campus buildings. This project won San Francisco Business Times "Best Green Building" of 2007.

LEED Gold. Renovation of the firm's 1950s Spanish Colonial office building.

LEED-CI Gold. A 26,000-sq.-ft. tenant improvement consisted of open office areas, numerous conference rooms, a board room, private offices, a library and lobby.

LEED-CI Platinum. A 19,000 square foot build-out with executive offices, conference rooms, meeting areas, kitchen and reception area.

LEED-NC Gold. A 196,000 square foot 5 floor tenant improvement included offices, conference rooms, fitness center and full cafeteria.

LEED-CI Gold. A 56,000 square foot, two floor build-out.

LEED-CI Gold. A 14,000 square foot, office build-out.

LEED-CI Silver. Build-out of a 13,500 square foot, stand-alone pavilion in the Embarcadero Center.

LEED Gold -Five 2-story buildings totaling 385,000 square feet.
