Renovation of basement MRI facilities. Multi-phased to minimize impact to ongoing operations and patient care

An 18,000 square foot build-out of the 3rd floor into a 30-bed medical surgery facility was done with minimal disruption to the operations and occupants of the 24-hour acute care facility on the floor just below.

A three-story, 64,000 square foot MOB with more than 25 physician offices, numerous exam and procedure rooms and laboratory and imaging services.
