Tennant Improvement
A 10-story tenant build-out of approximately 282,000 square feet. The facilities meet technical, operational and aesthetic requirements for over 1,600 staff performing financial trading, back-office, marketing and head office management functions. The project included two full floors for trading and support facilities and amenities commensurate with those of world class financial institutions. With an extremely aggressive schedule, the team was able to finish the project on-time to the quality of the client.
