Confidential Tech Client
The 237 Moffett Park Drive Project is an extension of this confidential tech client’s Sunnyvale campus and included the interior build out of two existing buildings. This 248,000-square-foot campus seats 1,300 employees and the space includes a 15,000-square-foot Café with full kitchen, tech talks (large training rooms), micro kitchens, coffee bars, game rooms, maker space, general office space with conference rooms, wellness areas and a mystery room.
The site is fully powered by 100% renewable energy, provided by photovoltaic panels that deliver over two megawatts, and it features zero plastic or single use waste, as well as on-site water recycling, which captures, stores, and filters 260,000 gallons of rainwater on average per year. The project is pursuing LEED v4 Platinum as well as the Living Building Challenge certification for the petals of Materials, Equity, Beauty, and Place, and when achieved will represent globally one of the largest Living Building Challenge Material Petal renovations.
