Marcato
Tenant Improvement
A 22,000 square foot, high-end, full floor corporate headquarter build-out. Unlike the ubiquitous “open-office” raw spaces designed and built for companies today, the Marcato build-out included numerous offices and conference rooms, while maintaining significant open office space. Marcato desired an “adult,” sophisticated, “clean” look that reflects its approach to its business. There are hard-lid ceilings throughout the common spaces, conference rooms and café, many with multiple levels, taped-in slot lights, and soffits. Also included is a multi-relief feature wall with rectangles of varying height, width and depth constructed from metal studs and drywall. The project was level-5 throughout.
