Tenant Improvement, Sustainability
A 56,000 square foot, three floor build out. The design juxtaposes the building’s exposed concrete structural system, plumbing, sprinkler lines, and ducting with the polished interior of a modern law firm. Moveable partitions open out to the reception area to form a large assembly space. The project included multiple conference rooms, offices, a board room, and a main break area that leads onto the terrace, creating desirable indoor/outdoor space.
