Uber Advanced Technologies Group, leased the 150,000 square feet space for their self-driving engineering team dedicated to self-driving technologies, mapping, and vehicle safety. A fast paced design build project, 63,000 square feet of warehouse, including many new conference rooms, new restrooms and a servery. Featuring exposed brick walls and huge windows. Its fleet of about 20 self-driving Volvo XC90s is housed in a warehouse on the pier. Design Build project – Light Gauge Framing & Drywall.
