353 Sacramento Lobby

Photographer: Garry Bellinsky

First impressions are important. At 353 Sacramento Street, the architect designed a thoughtful entry experience to be a welcoming transition from the sidewalk to the grand double-height 2,931 SF lobby, and from the quiet lounge into the elevator cabs. A series of intersecting and alternating metal reveals and linear light lines, inspired by the building’s existing exterior metal panels, are crafted to weave through the impressive entry experience.

The refined palette of reflective and warm materials reveals an informational digital dashboard and leads both tenants and guests into a quiet, soft lounge for waiting and impromptu gatherings. Along the floor and ceiling, warm wood accents give the space a visual vitality and compliment the soft acoustical wall panels highlighted by curated art-filled walls and elevator lobbies.
