An exterior and lobby refresh as wells a two floor hi-end tenant build out for one of Silicon Valley’s leading Venture Capital firms. The two-story, 20,500 square foot space promotes connectivity and openness, with a striking spiral stair linking the third and fourth floors. Acting as an anchor point for the workplace, the open stair provides a seamless transition space for client and employee interaction. Each floor is centered around flexible break areas, with hosting and social gathering in mind. On the third flor, a fully self-servicing break area functions in sync with the adjacent boardroom, allowing for convenient access and larger gatherings. Central open office areas are flanked by meeting rooms of various sizes and privacy. These rooms provide flexible space for quick 1-on-1s, team huddles, or breakouts from larger session in nearby conference rooms.
