Cal Poly San Luis Obispo Residential Community

Situated adjacent to the Grand Avenue entrance of campus, the 562,746 square foot Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo Residential Community is a higher education student housing project which includes 696 units and 1,475 beds for first-year students. Each of the seven 4-5 story dormitory buildings are named after tribal locations along the central coast. The community is richly programmed with study areas, large-scale living rooms, community rooms, mailroom, recreation center, offices, admissions welcome center, and a food market. The square footage is distributed throughout eight structures with four and five levels above grade. The community also includes an 154,000 square foot parking structure with 492 stalls.
