Chase Center Arena

Chase Center is a state-of-the-art 450,000 square foot, 18,000-seat multi-purpose arena and event space in San Francisco’s Mission Bay neighborhood. The venue features a flexible seating bowl that can be reconfigured to accommodate sell-out crowds at Warriors games or play host to intimate theater performances.  The amenity-rich facility includes myriad features including numerous club suites, courtside lounges, theater boxes, premium lounges and concourse areas that include an array of local food and beverage choices

While Chase Center was completed on-time, the project’s aggressive schedule, combined with the arena’s design, which featured little repetition, and made it complex and anything but a typical fireproofing project. Our fireproofing work included working off a 135’ boom lift after hours to minimize impacting other trades working below.
