Confidential Technology Client

Photographer: Jasper Sanidad

A six-floor, 225,000 square foot tenant build out for a confidential technology client. The theme of the building encompasses a road trip throughout Northern California, a journey of discovery, spontaneity and self-growth. Two multi-floor feature stairs, or “canyons”, connect the six floors. The lower stair is inspired by a fern grove in a redwood forest while the upper stair, shown here, is conceived as a San Francisco urban hill scape featuring mosaic tiling. The building features 5 micro kitchens, a café, snack bar, massage and meditation rooms, fitness center, game room, music room, library, 1100 open office seats, and a 2 exterior decks.
