This Pinterest headquarters occupies a six story, 150,000 square foot structure in San Francisco’s SOMA district. The first two floors open to a double-height lobby, and are filled with a public café, conference center, and a cafeteria that doubles as an all-hands space. The upper floors house the open-plan workspaces, additional conference rooms, formal and informal, team rooms, and roof deck with dramatic views of San Francisco’s skyline. A cascading staircase serves as the key architectural feature and provides an uninterrupted visual connection between every floor.
