Cordilleras Mental Health Center Replacement
The new $105 million, 60,000 square-foot campus consists of four, single-story mental health recovery centers, each accommodating 16 clients, and a three-story co-housing building for 57 residents. The co-housing building includes single bedrooms with shared living space, a commercial kitchen, and office space The buildings are formed around a central open space with sheltered outdoor seating, community gardens and recreation courts. The project targets LEED Silver certification and will also be the state’s first zero net energy mental health campus.
