An 80,000 square foot, two-building project included converting approximately 65,000 square feet from a traditional office space into an open plan neighborhood work environment and open plan Call Center. Approximately 15,000 square feet was converted from existing traditional office space into a Patient & Customer Experience Lab with shared office space, and a customer-facing co-creation space.
