This consumer package goods management company handles grab-and-go health food brands like PowerBar and Premier Protein shakes. After outgrowing their space in Emeryville, Premier Nutrition centralized a growing team and incorporated an R&D lab and processing facility. The 50,0000 square foot space features a large common dining area with banquettes, an executive conference room, and an all-hands gathering space to accommodate a growing staff. Lab space and a 10,000 square foot R&D kitchen are integrated into the layout. The project involved an upgrade to the base building infrastructure, including a new common corridor, a lobby, and an interconnecting egress stair.
