White & Case

Photographer: David Wakely

Global law firm White & Case’s Palo Alto 40,000 square foot office spans three floors and features a regional aesthetic that blends multifunctional spaces with seamless technology and a tech look-and-feel. Upon entry, clients are greeted by a spacious, multifunctional reception hall that can transform into an event space, business lounge, and training suite. The reception desk also doubles as a barista bar and service area. Moreover, the majority of conference rooms are located adjacent to the reception hall to ensure privacy and ease of access for clients. The office’s workspaces have been developed on a module to allow for flexibility and customization of use over time. This frees up the corners on each floor for a variety of collaboration, breakout, and lounge areas in place of private offices. The workplace also includes several amenities such as a meditation room, fitness center, and quiet rooms.
