Tenant Improvement
Five buildings totaling 320,000 square feet include offices, meeting rooms, conference rooms, kitchens, servery, dining rooms and open work areas. There are origami-like metal framed and drywall abstracted “Trees” throughout the buildings. Most are one-story tall, while one, clad in reclaimed wood, rises through two floors into a skylight in the ceiling. The-fast track project has all metal framing, drywall and taping which were all complete in eight weeks.
